Scott Readlinger has been Director of Marketing with his specialty being Professional Liability. Prior to joining Hale, he was at Wachovia Insurance/Management Liability Group in New York where he worked on Fortune 500 Companies.

Prior to entering the Insurance profession, Scott Readlinger was in Investment Banking at Bear Stearns & Co. in their New York headquarters. At Bear Stearns he held positions in Public Finance, Derivatives trading and Bond Sales. He worked with Public Entities throughout the nation as well as Public Utilities, Hospitals and Bridge Construction. Mr. Readlinger is a graduate of Middlebury College with a Major in Economics.

Mr. Kaplan brings to Hale his 28 years of experience and relationships making him one of the top professionals in our field, with extensive experience in large real estate, manufacturing, and ocean marine. He will assume a key role in oversight of our market selection and insurance company relations as well as management of our largest business clients. As a true “student of insurance” Mr. Kaplan has earned the insurance industry’s highest professional designation, Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, as well as Bachelor and Master Degrees of Business Administration from the St. Johns University School of Risk Management.
